It has been a while since I last made House music. I am always creating what my intuition shows me at the moment. The last House track was from two years ago, with genres since that time including Techno, Pipe Organ music, Downtempo and a Waltz.

From when I started producing I’ve been gradually improving my mixing skills and this release proves that. Different genres require different techniques to make them sound good, so because of my broad musical taste it requires a lot of learning. But that learning is gradually paying off.

The Theme

The theme of this track is lonelyness. But not just plain lonelyness, because it’s not necessarily a negative feeling. The title and the content of the music are expressing a bittersweet feeling.

In my life I have been alone a lot. That’s because I’m very different in every part of my being from other people. This track focuses especially on the feeling of being on vacation and traveling alone. It may feel lonely, but at the same time it gives such a profound sense of peace and connection to spirit. Being away from familiar territory and having nobody to count on but yourself. I love it.
